Chabrier Avocats is a member of the GTSA Legal Working Group and will participate to the forthcoming roundtable organized by the Geneva Trading and Shipping Association on the International Sanctions. The SECO will join this meeting to discuss, among other issues, the lack of clarity/predictability of sanctions and the treatment of ongoing trades, which is a growing concern among commodities traders active certain sensitive regions of the world, such as Iran and Lybia.
