Impala buys out Inexto’s founder

Chabrier advised Impala, the main shareholder of Inexto SA, in the acquisition of the founder’s shareholding. Inexto is a leading provider of software and service for brand protection, authentication, secure serialization, track & trace and volume control based in Lausanne. The transaction was completed end of June 2023. Manuel Bianchi della Porta acted as the lead partner.
