Our employment team has extensive experience in all matters relating to employment relationships.

We support clients in the negotiation and drafting of employment agreements, benefits and compensation, incentive/bonus plans, employee participation plans and collective labour agreements.

We also support individuals or companies in the enforcement or defense of employment law claims in court or arbitration proceedings.

In addition, our firm has extensive experience in immigration matters (such as obtaining residence and work permits, particularly for employees of a company that is relocating to Switzerland).

We also assist our clients with their naturalization procedures.


  • Advising international and national group of companies in regular employment matters and employment litigations;
  • Setting of all HR related needs (contracts etc) and relocation of expats for international trade companies setting up subsidiaries in Switzerland;
  • Representing multi-national companies in labor law trials against former employees;
  • Advising foreign companies or individuals in matters of Swiss labour/employment law in relation to transfer to Switzerland (or from Switzerland) or setting up offices;
  • Advising Swiss companies or subsidiaries of multi-national groups in their restructuring.
