Daima Vuilleumier is promoted to Counsel

We are happy to announce that Daima Vuilleumier has been promoted to Counsel as of July 1st, 2024.

Daima is a member of the Commercial, Corporate and M&A practice group. As part of the group, she has gained a senior expertise in advising Swiss and international clients, such as companies, entrepreneurs, board members, shareholders and investors in their projects and challenges. Daima practices law in four languages: Italian, French, German and English. She will be based in our Zurich office. We thank her for her dedication to our firm and wish her success in this new position.
