Team

Daima Vuilleumier is a member of the firm's corporate and M&A practice group. She is specialized in transactions (including mergers and acquisitions), financing rounds in the context of venture capital and private equity, restructuring, corporate governance, and contract law. Daima also regularly assists international clients with the establishment of a presence in Switzerland.

In these fields, she regularly advises Swiss and international clients, such as privately held and listed companies as well as entrepreneurs, board members, shareholders and investors.

Daima practices law in four languages: Italian, French, German and English.

Before joining Chabrier, Daima Vuilleumier worked as an associate in a nationally present business law firm and prior to that worked as a trainee in law firms in Zurich and Lugano.
