EnPro Completed divestiture of GGB

EnPro is a leading industrial technology company focused on critical applications across many end-markets, including semiconductor, photonics, industrial process, aerospace, food and pharma and life sciences. EnPro is listed on the New York Stock Exchange. EnPro completed the divesture of its GGB business to The Timken Company in early November 2022 for a total proceed of USD 305 million subject to adjustments.
