On Monday, 11 May 2026, Manuel Bianchi della Porta and Daima Vuilleumier had the pleasure of co-leading a seminar hosted by Genilem alongside Petra Posselius (Co-Founder of NonStop Gym) and Arthur Germain (Co-founder of OneDoc), two successful entrepreneurs. The seminar brought together both legal and founder perspectives on startup fundraising.

While Manuel and Daima shared practical insights on financing rounds, and in particular on the negotiation process and legal structuring behind venture deals, Petra and Arthur contributed firsthand experience from building and scaling their own companies.
