Ineco to Acquire a Majority Stake in a Slovenian Bank

Ineco Group, the parent company of Inecobank, one of Armenia’s largest banks, has reached a major milestone in its international growth by signing a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire a majority stake in Slovenian-based Hranilnica LON.

Chabrier has been assisting Ineco and its foreign counsels in connection with the Swiss component of the transaction. The team was led by Manuel Bianchi della Porta, Partner, and included Daima Vuilleumier, Counsel.
