JV in the field of hydrogen mobility

On May 16, 2023, Stellantis, Michelin and Faurecia signed a joint venture agreement allowing Stellantis to acquire 33.3% stake in Symbio, a leader in zero-emission hydrogen mobility. Faurecia and Michelin remained shareholders with 33.3% holding each. The transaction is regarded as a significant step in the decarbonization of the mobility industry.
