Mathieu Simona published in the jusletter latest issue on Energy Law

Partner Mathieu Simona devotes his contribution to collective self-consumption models, particularly in the light of new legislation due to come into force shortly. In addition to the Communautés d'autoconsommation (CA) and Regroupements dans le cadre de la consommation propre (RCP), the new law adds a third model that can be extended to the entire territory of a municipality: les Communautés électriques locales (CEL). The new law also aims at improving internal billing of electricity costs.
