STWC acquired Elfix

Our longstanding client, SwissTech Watch Components (STWC), a family-owned industrial business holding companies manufacturing best-in-class components for high-end luxury brands acquired a Elfix Production (Elfix), a top-tier supplier in the watchmaking industry based in La Chaux-de-Fonds. The transaction closed on March 28, 2023.
