Eliane Vasseur is a Trainee Lawyer within our Geneva Office. She studied law at the Universitiy of Geneva.
Eliane holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in law, a Certificate in Transnational Law as well as a Certificate of Advanced Studies in legal professions from the University of Geneva. She pursued her studies in French and English, with a focus on Business law. Throughout her studies, Eliane worked on several projects relating to art and cultural property law. Her Bachelor’s thesis focused on museums’ due diligence obligations in the acquisition of cultural property. During her Master’s degree, she participated in a Law Clinic dedicated to cultural property law, which involved the drafting of a legal commentary on the Swiss Cultural Property Transfer Act. She also co-authored an academic article with a Professor and director of the Art-Law Centre at the University of Geneva for the Institute of Higher International Studies at Panthéon-Assas University in Paris.
Prior to joining Chabrier, Eliane worked for one year as a Legal Intern in a Swiss law firm specializing in international arbitration.
Eliane joined the Chabrier team in September 2026 as a trainee Lawyer.
