Practice Areas
Karina Santa Rita is an Associate in our Geneva Office. She studied law at the University of Geneva, where she obtained a Master's degree in Economic Law.
Throughout her professional experiences and in the course of her studies, she developed a strong interest in commercial and corporate law.
Before joining Chabrier, Karina worked in the legal department of a well-known manufacturer of high-quality watches and jewelry in Geneva.
She joined the Chabrier team in August 2024. Her practice mainly focuses on M&A transactions, as well as corporate and commercial law.
