With extensive experience in domestic and international litigation, multiples jurisdictions litigations, dispute resolution in commercial and employment field, white collar crimes, interim measures proceedings, debts collections and insolvency proceedings, Hervé has represented successfully numbers of companies and individuals in Geneva and Vaud since the last the 25 years.
