Practice Areas
Elodie is a member of our litigation team. Her work mainly focuses on financial disputes, both criminal and civil. She advises clients on white-collar crime and general criminal proceedings, including matters related to international judicial assistance, contentious banking and contract related matters, as well as debt enforcement and attachment proceedings. She also practices law in matters related to enforcement of foreign judgements and awards.
Elodie graduated from the University of Geneva in 2013 with a Bachelor in International Relations with specialization in Law and subsequently obtained a Bilingual Master of Laws magna cum laude at the Universities of Basel and Geneva in 2016.
She has since gone on to obtain a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions and completed a 6-months traineeship with the Civil Appeal Court of Geneva.
Elodie joined Chabrier Avocats in January 2017 as a trainee lawyer. She was admitted to the Geneva Bar in November 2018 and returned as an associate.
