Stanley brings extensive experience in high-stakes commercial litigation, with particular depth in commodities trading disputes, financial services matters and complex transactions. He represents clients across a wide spectrum of legal challenges – from intricate contract disputes in state courts and arbitration proceedings to sophisticated asset recovery cases and white-collar criminal representation in major economic matters.
As a trusted business law advisor, Stanley also guides diverse clients through critical transactions, from emerging enterprises to established founders and shareholders. His expertise spans complex asset acquisitions and business sales, and corporate restructuring across multiple industries, particularly in the food and beverage sector.
Stanley has also developed expertise in cryptocurrency litigation and maintains a comprehensive understanding of blockchain technology.
Admitted to the Geneva Bar in February 2021, Stanley holds a Bachelors and Masters in Law (University of Geneva), and earned his LL.M. in International Business Law from King's College London with merits, where his thesis on corporate governance received honours recognition. Stanley also holds a CAS in Digital Finance Law from the University of Geneva.
