Cross-Border M&A Transaction

We are pleased to announce that Chabrier advised the selling shareholders on the sale of a Swiss software company specialized in managing, analyzing and centralizing product data – with several subsidiaries across Europe and the Middle East, to an institutional investor.

The Chabrier team acted on the seller side and supported nearly thirty shareholders throughout the whole M&A process, including transaction coordination, negotiation support and assistance through signing and closing. The transaction presented several complex legal and transactional challenges, requiring tailored solutions to ensure its smooth and successful completion.
